Essco-Lator Control Panel
The Essco-Lator control panel consists of a gasketed cover UL, NEMA 4 fiberglass box, oil-tight master power switch w/indicator light on cover, individual switches, and Essco 4210-115-6 solid-state timing modules (115volt). Each panel can operate up to 8 Essco-lators.

Essco-Lator CRS Specifications
- Material: Stainless steel, 316L grade.
- Stroke: 3/4"
- Cycles: Six complete oscillations per minute standard (others available).
- Capacity: Standard control panel handles up to eight units.
- Power: 115 volt electrical to panel. 50 to 75 psi water (fresh water, river water or clarified white water). or 50 to 75 psi mill air pressure.
- Consumption: Water-3/4 gpm per unit or recirculate in available closed system; Air-3/8cfm, free air @ 50 psi.
- Thrust: At 50 psi - 1000lbs. At 75 psi 1500 lbs
- Lubrication: None required.
- Maintenance: Initial setting of flow control valves, periodic inspection, clean strainer.
